1. Payment & Eligibility
All students must pay the full course fee at the time of enrollment to be eligible for a refund. Students enrolled
on an installment plan are not eligible for any refunds under this policy.
2. Refund Window & Amount
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your payment (date of payment/enrollment). If your refund
request is approved within this 14-day window, UXcent Academy will retain a 20% administrative fee and refund
80% of the paid fee. Refund requests made after 14 days from the date of payment will not be accepted, and no
refund will be issued even if you stop attending classes.
3. Valid Reasons & Proof
Refunds are granted only for valid, documented reasons. Examples include medical emergencies, relocation that
prevents course attendance, or other verifiable circumstances. You must provide supporting documents or other
proof with your request. Requests without a valid reason or without supporting documentation will be declined.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to uxcentacademy@gmail.com with the subject line: Refund Request —
[Your Full Name] — [Course Name] In the email please include: your full name, course name, date of payment,
contact number, a clear explanation of the reason for the refund, and any supporting documents. If a bank transfer
is required for the refund, include your bank details or indicate your preferred refund method.
5. Response & Processing Time
We will acknowledge and review your refund request and reply to your email within 7 business days. If your refund is
approved, UXcent Academy will process the refund as quickly as possible; typically refunds are completed within 14
business days after approval. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method where possible; if that is not
feasible, we will arrange an alternative secure transfer
6. Additional Notes
UXcent Academy reserves the right to request additional information to verify claims. Refund decisions are final
once communicated in writing. This policy is effective immediately and may be updated from time to time; the version
